The supporting cast maps neatly onto three economies: the Keys' smuggling routes, Vice City's nightlife and recording business, and the professional robbery circuit. Jason and Lucia can plausibly move between all three as their situation escalates.

That structure is an editorial reading of official biographies, not a confirmed mission order. Rockstar has not revealed which characters become allies, employers, antagonists, or playable figures.

Brian and Cal: low tide Leonida

Brian Heder represents an older era of coastal smuggling. He still moves product through his boat yard but prefers to assign the dangerous work. Cal Hampton, meanwhile, is a homebody absorbed by surveillance, Coast Guard communications, and conspiracy.

Boobie, Dre'Quan, and Real Dimez

Boobie Ike has converted street power into property, nightlife, and studio ownership. Dre'Quan Priest sees Only Raw Records as his path away from street dealing. Their best chance at a breakout is Real Dimez, the duo of Bae-Luxe and Roxy.

Real Dimez already tasted success through a track with DWNPLY. Five turbulent years later, their new deal creates both an opportunity and a pressure point for everyone financing the label.

Raul raises the stakes

Raul Bautista brings professional robbery experience and a taste for bigger risks. His official profile explicitly warns that every score raises the stakes, making him the clearest published link to elaborate heist work.
