Jason Duval: Everything Officially Known

From a difficult childhood and Army service to low-level work in the Keys, this is Jason's confirmed story so far.

Updated August 5, 2026

Jason wants an easy life, but Rockstar's biography positions him inside a network that makes ease almost impossible. He grew up around grifters and crooks, joined the Army after troubled teenage years, and eventually returned to criminal work in the Keys.

At the start of the known story, Brian Heder lets Jason live rent-free at one of his properties. The arrangement is transactional: Jason helps with local shakedowns and remains tied to Brian's smuggling world.

Relationships

  • Lucia Caminos: Jason believes meeting Lucia could become the best or worst event of his life.
  • Brian Heder: landlord, employer, and a link to the Keys' old smuggling economy.
  • Cal Hampton: a friend whose comfortable paranoia contrasts with Jason's desire for something larger.

What the footage suggests

Official scenes show Jason driving, using firearms, boating, and joining Lucia during robberies. Those images demonstrate situations, not a complete mechanics list, so specialized skills or character-exclusive abilities remain unconfirmed.

His Army history may explain his composure and competence, but Rockstar has not stated that military training becomes a formal gameplay system.

Confirmed biography vs trailer vibe

In “Jason Duval: Everything Officially Known,” keep Rockstar's published biographies above trailer vibes. Costume, music cues, and editing create feeling; only first-party text should lock names, roles, and backstory.

Treat published Rockstar biographies as the dossier ceiling unless a newer official character update expands them. Anonymous cast lists are not biographies.

Relationship web

Map connections Rockstar has actually named-partners, employers, music circles, smuggling ties-when discussing “Jason Duval: Everything Officially Known.” Inferred betrayals and endgame allegiances belong in labeled speculation.

A relationship web is clearest when each edge cites a trailer moment or official blurb. If the edge cannot be cited, remove it from the confirmed diagram.

Narrative roles without spoiling missions

Characters in “Jason Duval: Everything Officially Known” can be described by narrative function-pressure, temptation, refuge, escalation-without spoiling mission titles or outcomes Rockstar has not published.

Avoid walkthrough language disguised as analysis. Readers tracking the November 19 launch deserve cast context, not fabricated quest spoilers from leak dumps.

What Rockstar has not named yet

Background figures, community nicknames, and AI face-matches are not roster additions. Explicitly list what remains unnamed so the dossier's boundaries stay honest.

Grand Theft Auto VI remains scheduled for November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S unless a newer Rockstar or Take-Two update supersedes that plan. New names should arrive through Rockstar channels, not through viral misidentification. Until then, absence of a name is not a mystery Rockstar owes the timeline to solve on demand.
