Rockstar has named six major regions in Leonida. Together they expand GTA VI beyond Vice City's skyline into islands, wetlands, a faded resort coast, an industrial center, and northern wilderness.

No official boundary map, total land area, road count, or comparison with GTA V has been published. Fan maps are useful reconstructions, but their dimensions and street layouts should not be treated as final.

The six regions

  • Vice City: Leonida's neon urban center, covering beaches, luxury districts, nightlife, neighborhoods, and waterways.
  • Leonida Keys: a tropical island chain associated with fishing, bars, boating, and Brian Heder's smuggling operation.
  • Grassrivers: a vast wetland where wildlife, airboats, and backwater routes dominate the landscape.
  • Port Gellhorn: a worn-down coastal destination shaped by discount tourism, old attractions, motels, and strip malls.
  • Ambrosia: an inland industrial region centered on heavy industry and the Allied Crystal sugar refinery.
  • Mount Kalaga National Park: Leonida's northern wilderness of forests, rivers, trails, and rural communities.

What this variety means

The regions support very different travel rhythms: dense urban driving, long highways, shallow-water navigation, open-sea boating, and off-road movement. The trailers also show aircraft, motorcycles, trucks, and watercraft across these environments.

Those vehicles are visibly present, but Rockstar has not yet detailed ownership, customization, fuel, cargo, wildlife interaction, or regional mission systems.

How to read fan maps

  • Trust recurring landmarks that can be matched across official trailers and screenshots.
  • Treat road geometry, scale, and inaccessible boundaries as provisional.
  • Keep confirmed region names separate from community-created district names.
  • Expect reconstruction projects to change whenever Rockstar publishes new footage.
